Frazier Quarry is committed to serving the Shenandoah Valley and the communities that support our business. We work closely with local organizations to provide stone for restoration and beautification projects, as well as provide educational opportunities for schools.
As part of our efforts to support environmentally friendly initiatives, we have worked with the VA Dept. of Game & Inland Fisheries over the past several years to help restore streams and riverbanks. Our stone has been used to construct rock vanes, j-hooks, and cross-vanes to help stabilize banks from eroding and improve aquatic habitats. Many of these projects can be seen across Albemarle, Augusta, Greene, Orange, Page, Rockingham, and Rockbridge counties.
Other community projects that we have recently helped to support through stone donations and contributions include:

If you’re interested in a field trip for your school or class, please let us know.
